Acquired periungual fibrokeratoma with accessory germinal matrix.

Abstract

Five cases of acquired periungual fibrokeratoma involving the proximal nail fold were treated surgically. Clinically, all five patients regained normal nail contours postoperatively, but one patient developed a local recurrence 1 year after operation.
