Acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) imaging is a promising method for noninvasive evaluation of the renal parenchyma. To investigate the contribution of ARFI quantitative US elastography for the detection of renal damage in kidneys with and without vesicoureteral reflux (VUR).
