The Danish Gynaecological Cancer Society has stated that pelvic lymphadenectomy is warranted for all women with endometrioid endometrial cancer who have stage Ic disease or a poorly differentiated tumor. It is difficult, however, to predict the presence of diseased regional lymph nodes preoperatively.
