Abstract Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) analyzes spontaneous fluctuations in the fluorescence emission of small molecular ensembles, thus providing information about a multitude of parameters, such as concentrations, molecular mobility and dynamics of fluorescently labeled molecules.
