Elucidating the molecular details of how chromatin-associated factors deposit, remove and recognize histone post-translational modification (PTM) signatures remains a daunting task in the epigenetics field. We introduce a versatile platform that greatly accelerates biochemical investigations into chromatin recognition and signaling.
