OBJECTIVE: PAD is associated with increased all-cause mortality (ACM) and concomitant CAD. However, it is unclear whether uncovering the presence of coronary ischemia by a single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) would further help stratifying that excess risk.
