Absent right bundle branch block: Is it a clue of pre-excitation in Ebstein's anomaly?

Abstract

A 14-year-old male with a history of symptomatic tachycardia was referred for ablation. Sinus rhythm electrocardiogram was not showing any pre-excitation.
