Dans le present travail, on decrit diverses poissons fossiles de la famille Semionotidae, provenant de la Formation Lagarcito (? Jurassique superieur) de San Luis, Argentine. Du merne horizonte nous avons decrit dans une autre publication (Bocchino R., 1973), depoui- Iles de la meme famille. La presence de Austrolepidotes cuyanus nov. gen. et nov. sp., et d'autres poissons, semble indiquer l'existence d'un complexe faunistique en diverses etapes evolutives, isole dans cette Forrnation, Iesquels…
