(1) Mitochondrial ATPase (F1) is influenced by specific nucleotides in its kinetic behavior towards its substrates. In this work, initial hydrolysis rates, as well as continuous reaction progress, were measured by recording proton production (equivalent to triphosphate hydrolysis).
