The many factors that contribute towards abrasion resistance in concrete (with special reference to concrete pavers) are considered. These include the various raw materials, their specific characteristics, and some manufacturing processes that contribute to abrasion resistance. They are also arranged in a flowchart to show how each relates to the other and ultimately to abrasion resistance.
