The antimicrobial activity of crude water extract, Supernatant as well as Methanolic extract of Raphanus sativus were investigated in vitro using Agar well diffusion method. All Extracts were tested against two gram negative, two gram positive bacteria and four fungal cultures. Plant extracts exhibited concentration dependent antimicrobial properties.
