Bacillus thurangenisis, Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the used steel industrial coolant. Psidium guajava and Eucalyptus tereticornis were selected as the source of plants for the phytochemical extraction using methanol and ethanol as solvents. The antibacterial activities of both the extracts showed inhibition on all three test organism, however ethanol extracts were more potent compare to methanol extracts.
