Objective: This study was undertaken to investigate the anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant potentials of oil extracts of Artemisia monosperma A. (wormwood) in vivo against dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) for chemical induction of colorectal cancer (CRC). methods: Malignant rats were orally administered DNCB at dose 24×10 -3 g dissolved in 1.2 ×10 -3 L acetone 95% per kg body weight (day after day) for 2 weeks then injected in colon with 1×10 -3 g dissolve in 1mL ethyl alcohol 50% per kg… Expand
