A long-span suspension bridge is typically the flexible structural system whose mechanical properties strongly manifest themselves as geometric non-linearity. Models, principles and software design of programs suitable for finite element calculation for spatial non-linearity static and dynamic of long-span suspension bridge are presented in this paper. A case calculation for structural static and dynamics of a long-span suspension bridge is made.
