This paper studies the difficult problem of ICAI: student modeling in developing "ICAI ofMathematical Analysis". It uses fuzzy theory and D/S theory of evidence in modeling student knowledgeand presents a student knowledge evaluation model (SKEM) of ICAI. The model is illustrated by the calculation of function limit of mathematical analysis. The SKEM prototype is undergoing field - testing inthe function limit of mathematical analysis. The preliminary result is rather encouraging.
