The AMoRE (Advanced Mo based Rare process Experiment) Collaboration is planning to employ 40Ca100MoO4 single crystals as a cryogenic Scintillation detector for studying the neutrinoless double-beta decay of the isotope 100Mo. A simultaneous readout of phonon and scintillation signals is performed in order to suppress the intrinsic background.
