Aeroacoustic measurements are being conducted to investigate the mechanisms of sound generation in high-lift wing conngurations, and initial results are presented. The model is approximately 6 percent of a full scale connguration, and consists of a main element NACA 63 2 ? 215 wing section and a 30 percent chord half-span ap.
