Adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity and liver function tests were examined in dermatophytic cattle. In addition, the possible effect/s of the disease on the activities of liver enzymes were investigated. Ten dermatophytic and 10 healthy animals aged between 10 and 12 months were used. Blood samples were obtained from each animal. The samples were left for 30 min at room temperature, and then centrifuged at 3000 x g for 10 min.
