Abstract We have performed ten pediatric kidney transplantations from living-related ABO-incompatible donors. All patients underwent preoperative plasmapheresis with or without immunoadsorption to reduce isoagglutinin. Primary immunosuppression consisted of methylprednisolone, cyclosporin or tacrolimus, azathioprine, anti-lymphocyte globulin, and/or deoxyspergualin.
