UNLABELLED Promoter prediction has gained increased attention in studies related to transcriptional regulation of gene expression. We developed a web server named PMSearch (Poly Matrix Search) which utilizes Position Frequency Matrices (PFMs) to predict transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) in DNA sequences.
