Abstract A T 1 space in which the intersection or any countably many open sets is open, is called a P-space. In the present paper some basic topological properties of these spaces are studied. Three main results are a characterization of regular paracompact P-spaces, a product theorem for realcompact P-spaces and an example of a Hausdorff connected P-space.

A topological space $(X,\tau)$ is called a locally LC-space if every point of $X$ has a neighborhood $U$ such that every Lindelof subset of $(U,\tau|U)$ is a closed subset of $(U,\tau|U)$. The aim ofExpand
A Class of Spaces Containing all Connected and all Locally Connected Spaces

The aim of this paper is to extend the notion of LC-spaces, i.e. spaces whose Lindelöf subsets are closed. We will consider four weaker forms of this concept and investigate their relationships withExpand
