STUDY OF NASAL INDEX - A Review
TLDR
Anthropometric data of the face and nose obtained would be useful for sex determination, forensics medicine, identifying nasofacial dysmorphology, and reconstructive facial and nasal surgeries.
Nasal index among Students of People’s Dental College and Hospital
TLDR
The type of nose has an effect on gender when compared between the sex but the nasal index calculated to have a little contribution to sexual dimorphism.
Anthropometric Analysis of Nasolabial Region and Age-Related Changes in Adult Women.
TLDR
To be acquainted with facial anthropometric features and measurements of nasolabial region which varies with races and aging; would have a significant importance in view of conserving the facial ratio and esthetics in the plastic and reconstructive surgery field.
Anatomical Comparative Study of the External Nasal Nerve in Caucasian and Asian: Application for Minimizing Nerve Damage in Rhinoplasty
TLDR
This study aims to fill the gap in the anatomical study of this nerve in Caucasians and provides comparative results with Asians by measuring the distance between the exit point of the external nasal nerve and the nasal midline and the morphology of the nerves was compared with Asians.
The Sinonasal Anatomy: Endoscopic Lacrimal and Orbital Perspectives

TLDR
Measurements collected in this study can serve as a database for anthropometric average values of the external nose in healthy adult Egyptian males and aid in planning prior to nasal reconstruction and esthetic rhinoplasty by serving as a reference standard.
NASAL MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERBIAN POPULATION
TLDR
The present study showed the existence of sexual dimorphism in nasal morphology, the dominant nasal type in the population of the central part of Serbia is leptorrhine and the data obtained may be useful in anthropological and forensic research, as well as in cosmetic planning and reconstructive surgery.
