A study of the cellular and humoral immune response in patients with myelofibrosis.

Abstract

There was evidence of impaired cellular immunity in 10 patients with myelofibrosis. In-vitro lymphocyte transformation with phytohaemagglutin, concanavalin A, and dinitrochlorobenzene skin reaction were diminished.
