A selection method of the evaluation indicator system of the self-oriented innovation capability of enterprises based on 2-dimension linguistic information

Abstract

The traditional way of constructing evaluation indicator system often relies on the subjective judgment of the experts, which is often difficult to express the quality of information provided by experts, and hardly to aggregate the opinions of multiple experts. In this paper, a selection method of the self-oriented innovation capability of enterprises based on 2-dimension linguistic information was proposed. Firstly, experts give all the possible indicators of self-oriented innovation capability respectively, which compose of the candidate indicators set. Secondly, each indicator in the set is evaluated by experts with 2-dimensional linguistic information, which adds one dimensional linguistic information to express the quality of the original assessment information. Thirdly, after the 2-dimensional linguistic information is transformed to the evidence bodies, the evaluation information of multi-experts for each indicator is integrated to the comprehensive assessment by evidential reasoning algorithm, and then the indicators in the candidate indicators set are selected to construct the evaluation indicator system of enterprises based on the evaluation result. Finally, a case of the selection of the self-oriented innovation capability of enterprises in Anhui Province is studied to illustrate the detail implement process and check the feasible and effective of the approach.
