A rapid, simple and sensitive isocratic High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method was developed to measure the concentration of etoposide in plasma samples with UV detection at 220 nm. The method uses a Bondapac C18 column at 60 degrees C. The mobile phase consists of Methanol: water (45:55 v/v) at a flow rate of 2.8 ml/min. Phenacetin was used as an internal standard.
