INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE Increasing levels of homocysteine (Hcys) are related to decreased nitric oxide synthesis in the vascular endothelium and also to erectile dysfunction (ED). We investigated the traditional risk factors of ED and plasma levels of Hcys in diabetic patients.
