Sirs: Idiopathic cervical dystonia is characterized by involuntary contractions of neck muscles causing abnormal head postures and jerky head movements [1, 2]. Botulinum toxin injections are currently the treatment of choice in cervical dystonia, but this management is purely symptomatic [3].
