A Phase II trial of TCN-P was conducted in metastatic or recurrent squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix using a 5-day continuous infusion schedule. The starting dose was 35 mg/m2 x 5 days and courses were repeated every 6 weeks. Among 21 evaluable patients, 2 responses were observed. One patient had a complete response for 19+ months.
