The first electrochemical actuator with a Parylene bellows for intraocular drug delivery is presented in which the bellows separates the electrolysis actuation chamber from the drug reservoir. The Parylene bellows was fabricated using a novel polyethylene glycol (PEG)-molding process and mechanically characterized.
