BACKGROUND cerebral vasospasm (CVS) is a devastating sequela of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Among the many factors that are associated with the pathogenesis of CVS, the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and underlying haemodynamics play an important role.
