We propose a control IC for boost converter based on new strategies. There are three strategies; ultralow-voltage input, operating energy of the boost converter used proposed IC powered by own output, and maximum power point tracking (MPPT). The boost converter starts at 0.36 V by using the proposed IC and operates with a single solar cell.
