Con base en la pigmentacion del ala anterior, forma del pterostigma y estructura del hipandrio, se reconocen ocho grupos de especies en Euplocania, cuyas diagnosis son aqui incluidas, asi como las especies asignadas a cada grupo y su distribucion.
