The genus Cladonotella (Tetrigidae: Cladonotinae) consists of four species of pygmy grasshoppers from Java and New Guinea. A new species of Cladonotella is described from Siargao Island, Philippines: Cladonotella spinulosasp. nov. This represents the first record of Cladonotella in the Philippines. To quantify differences between species of Cladonotella, we used morphological characters to construct a neighbor-joining tree, and recovered our new species as distinct from congeners. To address…

Owing to the cryptic behavior and morphology of many Southeast Asian Landrevinae, new species are still being discovered in unexplored parts of the region. Here, we describe a new species:
New species of Ornebius (Orthoptera: Mogoplistidae; Mogoplistinae) from Siargao Island of the Philippines.
Two new species of Ornebius are described from Siargao Island, Mindanao of the Philippines: O. alvarezi sp. nov. and O. bioculatus sp. nov. These sympatric scaly crickets have diverging genitalia

TLDR
Catalogue of Scelimenini genera (15) and species (100) is presented and taxonomy and biogeography of the tribe are discussed and a tabular key to 15 Sce limbena genera, based on 16 morphological characters, is presented.

TLDR
Three novel species and redescription of two known species of Agraeciini of spine-headed katydids in Southeast Asia are discovered in field collections in the Philippines.
An account on the Orthoptera from Siargao Island (Southeast Asia: Philippines: Mindanao).
TLDR
It is observed that a huge proportion of the species in Siargao Island are fully winged and capable of flight, but most species are small sized, suggesting that species on the island can be biologically significant.

A literature review of the contentious taxa related to Trigonidium and some recommendations on future work are provided and a new species oftrigonidium s.
Ground dwelling pygmy grasshoppers (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae) in Southeast Asian tropical freshwater swamp forest prefer wet microhabitats
TLDR
It is proposed that pygmy grasshoppers can also be suitable bioindicators for the freshwater swamp forest, owing to their sensitivity to microhabitat conditions.
