  • In this paper, an approximate solution for electromagnetic scattering by a very thin planar homogeneous dielectric object is presented. This solution is obtained from a volumetric integral equation using Fourier transform and is shown to be uniformly valid from low to high frequencies at all incidence angles including edge-on incidence.
