A large penetration of photovoltaic and wind power generation causes the imbalance between supply and demand in power systems because their output is intermittent. To alleviate the mentioned problem, many researches on Load Frequency Control (LFC) using Electric Vehicles (EVs) as controllable loads have been studied.
