BACKGROUND Stent-assisted coiling with 2 stents in a Y configuration is a technique for coiling complex wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms. OBJECTIVE We sought to provide long-term clinical and angiographic outcomes with Y-stent coiling, which are not currently established.
