PURPOSE Survival rates for paediatric diffuse intrinsic brainstem glioma (DIBSG) are dismal. Metronomic dosing of temozolomide (TMZ) combined with standard radiotherapy may improve survival by increasing the therapeutic index and anti-angiogenic effect of TMZ.
