Serological diagnosis of infectious diseases that generate a highly heterogeneous antibody repertoire, such as tuberculosis, requires tests based on cocktails of antigens. We describe a new method called multi-antigen print immunoassay (MAPIA) for cocktail-based serological diagnosis.
