A mimic of breast lymphoma: extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease.

We present a case of Rosai-Dorfman disease misdiagnosed as lymphoma involving the right breast. Initially, the patient was diagnosed as malignant lymphoma, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type.
