We describe an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunoarray incorporated into a prototype microfluidic device for highly sensitive protein detection and apply this system to accurate, sensitive measurements of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum.
