We report an unusual primary cutaneous neuroendocrine carcinoma that shows histologic and immunohistochemical features of ganglioneuroblastoma/differentiating neuroblastoma. The neoplasm is composed predominantly of small atypical neoplastic cells embedded in distinct clusters of immature and mature ganglion cells with associated neuropil.
