We present a new access scheme for the AWGN Multiple Access Channel (MAC). The proposed system is a hybrid scheme consisting of the combination of analog joint source-channel coding with a digital part. We will particularize the system for the two user case, proving that it can achieve any point in the convex hull of the capacity region.
