A neonate with a large cervical mass was transferred to our hospital at 4 days of age. A computed tomography scan showed a contrast-enhanced solid mass with multiple cystic elements and fine calcification. Ultrasonography also revealed a predominantly solid mass with calcification, containing multiple cysts. These studies suggested a teratoma, but could not rule out a hemangioma.
