AbstractThe authors describe an amperometric assay for the detection of prostate specific antigen (PSA) that combines the advantages of using a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and of a nanocomposite composed of  graphene nanoplatelets (graphene sheets; GS), gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and chitosan (Chit).
