Aim: We aimed to investigate IL-33 polymorphisms with risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). Materials & methods: IL-33 rs7025417 and rs1332290 were genotyped using a quantitative allelic Taqman assay. The expression of IL-33 mRNA was determined by real-time PCR and promoter activity was assayed using the Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay.
