The main advances regarding the use of the Choquet and Sugeno integrals in multi-criteria decision aid over the last decade are reviewed. They concern mainly a bipolar extension of both the Choquet integral and the Sugeno integral, interesting particular submodels, new learning techniques, a better interpretation of the models and a better use of the Choquet integral in multi-criteria decision aid. Parallel to these theoretical works, the Choquet integral has been applied to many new fields…

A decade of application of the Choquet and Sugeno integrals in multi-criteria decision aid
The main advances regarding the use of the Choquet and Sugeno integrals in multi-criteria decision aid over the last decade are reviewed. They concern mainly a bipolar extension of both the Choquet
On the Application of the Fuzzified Choquet Integral to Multiple Criteria Evaluation
TLDR
The Choquet integral is employed for the generalization of the Partial Goals Method and the theory is demonstrated on an example implemented in a new software capable of dealing with multiple criteria evaluation via the fuzzified Choquette integral.
Choquet Integral Versus Weighted Sum in Multicriteria Decision Contexts
TLDR
This paper will compute the probability that a recommendation to a decision maker could only been obtained with the Choquet integral and not with a weighted sum, and shows that this probability tends to one.
New Computational Models for the Choquet Integral
TLDR
New computational models based on mathematical programming to optimize the Choquet integral on implicit sets exploiting the vertices of the core of the convex capacity are proposed, combined with a constraint generation algorithm.
Holistic Preference Learning with the Choquet Integral
TLDR
A preference learning algorithm that constructs both the utility functions and the capacity from several preferences or evaluations is proposed, based on a fixed-point approach that transforms the global optimization learning problem into two iterative linear problems.
Choquet-based multi-criteria decision making with objective and subjective information
TLDR
The proposed method can be considered as an extension of the existing methods, and can obtain smaller deviations and better overall evaluations of alternatives.
Identification of a 2-Additive Bi-Capacity by Using Mathematical Programming
TLDR
This paper proposes two types of optimization problems that allow identifying the parameters of a 2-additive bi-capacity such that the inferred bipolar Choquet integral is consistent with the given examples as much as possible.
Fuzzy Measures and Integrals in Multicriteria Decision Analysis
TLDR
The Choquet integral with respect to a fuzzy measure is presented as an alternative to the weighted sum for aggregating criteria and the Shapley value and the interaction index are presented.
Partially Bipolar Choquet Integrals
TLDR
This work investigates Choquet-like aggregation models that are fully bipolar only with respect to certain criteria and whose number of parameters is much lower than that of the bipolar Choquet integral.

In this paper, we explore a new way to learn an aggregation operator for fusion based on a combination of one or more labeled training data sets and information from one or more experts. One problem

The Use of the Discrete Sugeno Integral in Decision-Making: A Survey
An overview of the use of the discrete Sugeno integral as either an aggregation tool or a preference functional is presented in the qualitative framework of two decision paradigms: multi-criteria
Bridging the Gap between Discrete Sugeno and Choquet integrals
TLDR
A mapping from the common qualitative utility and uncertainty scale to the reals is proposed, whereby Sugeno integral is changed into a Choquet integral, encoding a very refined qualitative lexicographic ordering of acts.
Aggregation of interacting criteria by means of the discrete Choquet integral
The most often used operator to aggregate criteria in decision making problems is the classical weighted arithmetic mean. In many problems however, the criteria considered interact, and a substitute
Modelling data by the Choquet integral
The chapter makes a survey of works dealing with the Choquet integral as a general non linear regression model. It is shown that its use is however limited to commensurate variables, as it is the

The $h$-Index and the Number of Citations: Two Fuzzy Integrals
TLDR
It is shown that the recently established h-index is a particular case of the Sugeno integral, and that the number of citations corresponds to the Choquet integral.
