A compact four-element multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) antenna useful for wireless ultra-wide band (UWB) applications and systems is introduced in this paper. The frequency bandwidth obtained with the proposed UWB antennas is 1.5 to 12.5 GHz. The substrate material used is FR4 with dielectric coefficient of 4.4. The dimension of the substrate is 30×60×1.5 mm3 and the dielectric loss tangent is 0.02.
