A community-based evaluation of eyesight and spectacle use after intracapsular cataract extraction in northern India.


The visual outcome and extent of aphakic spectacle use at community level was evaluated in 177 patients who underwent ICCE in peripheral camps. In 16.9%, both eyes were operated.
