Fix an integer N>1. To each diagram of a link colored by 1,...,N, we associate a chain complex of graded matrix factorizations. We prove that the homotopy type of this chain complex is invariant under Reidemeister moves. When every component of the link is colored by 1, this chain complex is isomorphic to the chain complex defined by Khovanov and Rozansky in arXiv:math/0401268. The homology of this chain complex decategorifies to the Reshetikhin-Turaev sl(N) polynomial of links colored by…
A polynomial action on colored sl(2) link homology
We construct an action of a polynomial ring on the colored sl(2) link homology of Cooper-Krushkal, over which this homology is finitely generated. We define a new, related link homology which is
Exponential growth of colored HOMFLY-PT homology
Colored sl(N) link homology via matrix factorizations
The Reshetikhin-Turaev sl(N) polynomial of links colored by wedge powers of the defining representation has been categorified via several different approaches. Here, we give a concise introduction to
Generic deformations of the colored sl(N)-homology for links
We generalize the works of Lee [arXiv:math/0210213v3] and Gornik [arXiv:math/0402266v2] to construct a basis for generic deformations of the colored sl(N)-homology defined in [arXiv:1002.2662v1]. As
Generic deformations of the colored sl . N / – homology for links
We generalize the works of Lee [12] and Gornik [6] to construct a basis for generic deformations of the colored sl.N /–homology defined in [24]. As applications, we construct nondegenerate pairings
THE MODULI PROBLEM OF LOBB AND ZENTNER AND THE COLORED 𝔰𝔩(N) GRAPH INVARIANT
Motivated by a possible connection between the SU(N) instanton knot Floer homology of Kronheimer and Mrowka and 𝔰𝔩(N) Khovanov–Rozansky homology, Lobb and Zentner recently introduced a moduli
A family of transverse link homologies
We define a homology HN for closed braids by applying Khovanov and Rozansky’s matrix factorization construction with potential ax. Up to a grading shift, H0 is the HOMFLYPT homology defined by
A family of transverse link homologies
We define a homology HN for closed braids by applying Khovanov and Rozansky’s matrix factorization construction with potential ax. Up to a grading shift, H0 is the HOMFLYPT homology defined by
Equivariant colored sl(N)-homology for links
We construct an equivariant colored sl(N)-homology for links, which generalizes both the colored sl(N)-homology defined by the author and the equivariant sl(N)-homology defined by Krasner. The
Deformations of colored sl(N) link homologies via foams
We generalize results of Lee, Gornik and Wu on the structure of deformed colored sl(N) link homologies to the case of non-generic deformations. To this end, we use foam technology to give a

On the Quantum Filtration of the Khovanov-rozansky Cohomology
We prove the quantum filtration on the Khovanov-Rozansky link cohomology Hp with a general degree (n + 1) monic potential polynomial p(x) is invariant under Reidemeister moves, and construct a
Invariants of 3-manifolds via link polynomials and quantum groups
The aim of this paper is to construct new topological invariants of compact oriented 3-manifolds and of framed links in such manifolds. Our invariant of (a link in) a closed oriented 3-manifold is a
An invariant of regular isotopy
This paper studies a two-variable Laurent polynomial invariant of regular isotopy for classical unoriented knots and links. This invariant is denoted LK for a link K, and it satisfies the axioms: 1.
A polynomial invariant for knots via von Neumann algebras
Thus, the trivial link with n components is represented by the pair (l ,n), and the unknot is represented by (si$2 * * • s n i , n) for any n, where si, $2, • • • > sn_i are the usual generators for
A new polynomial invariant of knots and links
The purpose of this note is to announce a new isotopy invariant of oriented links of tamely embedded circles in 3-space. We represent links by plane projections, using the customary conventions that
A categorification of the Jones polynomial
Author(s): Khovanov, Mikhail | Abstract: We construct a bigraded cohomology theory of links whose Euler characteristic is the Jones polynomial.
Quantum field theory and the Jones polynomial
It is shown that 2+1 dimensional quantum Yang-Mills theory, with an action consisting purely of the Chern-Simons term, is exactly soluble and gives a natural framework for understanding the Jones
Quantum SU(3) Invariant of 3-Manifolds via Linear Skein Theory
The linear skein theory for the Kauffman bracket was introduced by Lickorish [11,12]. It gives an elementary construction of quantum SU(2) invariant of 3-manifolds. In this paper we prove basic
Ribbon graphs and their invaraints derived from quantum groups
The generalization of Jones polynomial of links to the case of graphs inR3 is presented. It is constructed as the functor from the category of graphs to the category of representations of the quantum
LINK POLYNOMIALS AND A GRAPHICAL CALCULUS
This paper constructs invariants of rigid vertex isotopy for graphs embedded in three dimensional space. For the Homfly and Dubrovnik polynomials, the skein formalism for these invariants is as shown
