Abstract

Kalicephalus amplicervix n.sp. (snake host species not recorded) is distinguished by having the greatest body width immediately posterior to the large head capsule. K. willeyi was identified from Oxyuranus scutellatus canni, K. australiensis and Moaciria chondropythonis from Chondropython viridis, and Abbreviata confusa from Demansia olivacea papuensis.
